2 The acoustic design for both residential and industrial spaces has become an integral requirement for  modern buildings. Prefabricated building systems with divided walls or separated walls are often used in new constructions. This ensures acoustic barrier equivilant to that of heavy brick construction. In these cases, a sound barrier of Climatizer Plus filling or high density spraying is an ideal solution. Compact insulations layers without gaps are an excellent way to provide walls with sound proofing. Spray on insulation at wall surfaces performs as an sound barrier which as shown below, can limit sound transmission and provide noise reduction for industrial warehouses or sports facilities.

The acoustic finish of the sports and bowling halls installed by spraying the walls is very effective for eliminating noise transfer to the adjacent rooms.

Spraying recording and radio studios is a very efficient way to enhance sound quality. By dry installing into both separating walls and prefabricated in combination with plasterboard, Climatizer Plus greatly reduces any sound transmission loss.

 It is possible to choose the colour and surface texture of the spray on insulation. It is possible to apply on both vertical and horizontal construction surfaces. An effective acoustic layer usually varies within the range of 2.5 cm to 6 cm. For ceiling applications the maximum allowable thickness is 6 cm.

Spray – on insulation is often used for underground parking places to eliminated the total noise levels structure above. In these cases it is possible to count the applied thickness towards the total thermal resistance of the insulated construction. A wide variety of applications are available for industrial manufactures. The total noise level can be reduced to 15 dB. A special binding agent used also works to prevent fires from spreading.
