2The term insulation immediately evokes the image of protection from the cold. However, buildings should offer a comfortable environment in the summer months as well. Here excels the superb advantage of the cellulose insulating compounds.
With their high thermal absorption capacity they are able dramatically reduce summer heat transfer into the building. Conventional insulating compounds are inferior in comparison with cellulose insulation. The Climatizer high thermal absorption
capacity provides an effective barrier against sun heat transmission to the building. At the same U-value, cellulose insulated roofs markedly slower heat transmission indoors.

30 – 65 kg / m3

Our thermal insulation can be blown into the optimally prepared construction at an increased mass density with overcharging. The mass density increases gradually from 35 kg/m3 according to the insulated construction slope. At the vertical walls and the separating walls it is approximately 60 – 65 kg/m3. The amount of mass density can be easily altered by adjustable regulating controls of the application machine, which permanently keeps the set parameters and consequently provides you with a high quality installation job. The construction is most often filled from the free space over the tie beams into the prepared cavity. Another method is by filling through a predrilled opening of 8 cm in diameter in vertical walls.

A very progressive application used in recent years is filling walls with insulation utilizing a special endpiece which allows returning transport air disposal. Therewith it is possible to fill not only standard separating walls but also the walls and separating walls of prefabricated wooden construction (see detail D5).

By means of the same method, after carefully reviewing the building's construction diffusion characteristics, it is possible to replenish the insulation in older wooden frame buildings which contain insufficient insulation.

19Climatizer Plus gives you excellent insulating value in the winter as well as in the summer. This leads to valuable energy savings by reducing your heating and cooling costs! Decreased energy consumption causes decreased CO2 emissions which positively affect our environment. Climatizer Plus can also be installed in places difficult to access and it is an effective air infiltration barrier due to its abilty to completely fill the insulation cavity. Furthermore, our insulating system, with openings for air diffusion, takes care of moisture fluctuation inside the insulation cavity. This ensures the insulation will retain its optimum insulation parameters. In combination with the Climatizer application, wood usage is logically offered as the building material, which is a renewable building raw material and at the same time can withstand the loads associated with the construction of 5 story flats.

CLIMATIZER PLUS is basically produced from the pulp obtained from wood. Its advantages are fully realized in combination with wooden constructions. It is very popular for both historical buildings, for new buildings being constructed and for prefabricated buildings due to its low diffusion resistance. Climatizer Plus is superior to wood, in that it outperforms wood's excellent thermal insulating characteristics. The applications in historical buildings are usually installed inside the ceiling cavity from the attic. We offer an excellent solution for vaulted ceilings such as exist in historic Barouqe or Gothic Stuctures. We provide you with enough sprayed on insulation of the required thickness that adheres and rests permanently in to compact layer without settling and at the same time is always diffused fully open. For new buildings with wooden construction, is possible to proceed with both dry filling cavities and spray on methods.
– Often times it is preferable to insulate the buildings on site to eliminate damage from rain before the structure is covered by the roof. This also brings a material savings, because it is possible to apply the proper density according to the each particular construction and its slop. In addition, it is possible to insulate the small details incurred at each location.

Prefabricated construction building cavities are filled at their production site at the factory. For this application method, the mass density of 65 – 70 kg / m3 must be used, so as not to come apart during the transport and the assembly of the structure on the jobsite. The advantage of the faktory installation is slightly offset with the disadvantage of higher material consumption and the high technological discipline needed. CLIMATIZER PLUS is the prefered insulation used in wooden buildings today because it possible to design the diffused open construction compositions. Using a partially open vapour brake in combination with cellulose insulation, instead of a tight inside vapour barrier, can be functional while at the same time maintain agreeable conditions for the designed constuction, to diffuse the moisture fluctuations through the insulation cavity to the exterior. With this combination the problem of air infiltation through gaps in insulation is perfectly solved.

Climatizer Plus is installed through the X-JET nozzle that provides a dust-free exhaust of the transport air, making it possible to fill the gap between plasterboard separating walls and ceilings. The application through one opening into sections that average up to 80 cm wide, 3.2 m high and 40 cm thick is an advantage. With higher wall construction it is necessary to create a horizontal line of division. The acoustic advantage of walls filled in this manner becomes fully evident

There are many buildings, which suffer with condensation problems caused by uninsulated cold metal roofs. Condensation dripping destroys not only the building components, stored materials, machinery, but can cause problems for the livestock in agricultural buildings. With a thin layer spray on application this problem can be eliminated. Especially when combined with a proper ventilation system, exhausting moist air. This application can be performed, as well, on cold roofs above insulated ceilings, where the previously installed insulation has been destroyed from the dripping condensation.

At the heat cladding of various constructions a lot of details occur; they are very easily filled with CLIMATIZER PLUS. So the insulated detail is equivalent in comparison with the other surfaces.
